Due to a small encroachment the seller has had a new survey performed to address this issue. The southern boundary has slightly changed. The new tract is now 22.95 acres and will be sold by the acre and 23 times the bid.
All four corners are pinned and remain the same. The east, west and north boundaries remain the same. Only the southern has slightly changed, and is now has a very shallow V to address the encroachment. The tract is now approximately 2 acres smaller. A new survey plat has been added to the documents section.
The exact creage is 22.9 acres and the property will still sell by the acre and 23 times the bid for the total bid.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have spoken with the high bidder and he has agreed to leave the current bid in place so there will be no changes and the price per acre will continue to increase as new bids come in.
Again, this property will sell by the acre and multiplied by 23 for a total bid before the buyer premium is applied for a total purchase price.
