It is a soft close, meaning if anyone  bids in the last 3 minutes it will extend 3 minutes, and it will extend 3 minutes every time someone bids.  When the timer runs out the auction is over.  This auction is a cash sale. If financing is needed  a bank letter of credit or pre-approval is required before the auction closes.
